We are currently seeking a full-time accomplished Business Development Manager to join our exciting and expanding professional team based in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
This is a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to identify and target existing and new Criminal Solicitors and Barristers across the UK.
You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Forensic Casework to establish the target list, assisting with the co-ordination of campaigns, attending seminars and following up on all new leads. The majority of our seminars do take place during the evening in various locations around the UK so flexibility is a must. A full, clean driving licence is required.
A strong understanding of our services, the forensic marketplace and its customers are highly desirable.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Creating, building, maintaining and developing long lasting relationships with new and existing clients via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings.
Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel through to successful execution, delivering against sales targets.
Collating all information on our CRM, ensuring data and reporting is analysed effectively.
Priority will be given to candidates that:
Have a proven track record in sales in the forensic or allied field.
Are ambitious, tenacious and focused and have experience or know-how in selling into senior decision makers within the legal or professional services.
